Dress Attire for ages babies thru 9yrs is Halloween Costume attire. Have fun with this.
Children are scored on Beauty, Personality and overall appearance. No Experience Necessary.

Baby Master 0 to 2yrs.
Tiny Master 3 to 6 yrs.
Baby Miss 0 to 11 months
Tiny Miss 12 to 23 months
Toddler Miss 2 to 3 yr
Petite Miss 4 to 6 yr
Little Miss 7 to 9 yr
Formal Attire...For Pre Teen thru Ms. Only
