Hooray for Hollywood is our theme this year!

Saturday 5:00PM until 6:30Pm
First floor of Hotel and before Preregistration Party for The Miss. New Orleans Pageant.
Judging @ 5:30PM
Adults $10.00 and Children 12 and under $ 5.00
Contestants not participating in cook off is free to get in.
Rules & General Information & Prizes
Dressy Event for all spectators. No jeans please. All participants in the Cook Off must wear Formal attire. All guests attending must dress nice.
Must have a pageant title or is a contestant in the Miss. New Orleans Pageant. ( Crown & Banner must be worn during the Competition if you are entering the contest as a queen) or be a former queen & wear a formal gown. There may be media covering this event, so the RED Carpet will be laid out for Photo Opportunities!
Must bring a copy of Your recipe along with either a Cold Or Hot Dish Registration @ 5:00PM until 5:30PM
Judging will be done at 5:30PM
Dinner will be served as Buffet style @ 6PM
Pre Registration follows @ 7PM for contestants. No cost to get in!
If hot dish, must bring your crock pot or hot trey and an extension cord when you Register & serving spoon
Please notify Shelly if you are submitting a hot dish. The dish should feed 6 adults.
Forks, spoons, paper plates, bowls and napkins will be supplied by the pageant along with Diet & regular drinks.
If Title holder is a child, parents are welcome to prepare the dish or bake. Please have the title holders name and parents name on an index card and a description of the dish. Like Craw Fish stew by Shelly Black ( Mrs. Gretna 2007)
The cost to enter the competition is $ 20.00
The funds collected will go towards the Miss. La. USA & Mrs. La. Pageant entry fees.
There will be two winners, one in each category. Hot or Cold dish.
The winners will get a Monogrammed Banner that says Queens Cook Off and a rhinestone crown and An Official trophy.
Judges will be Celebrity Judges!!!.
Everyone that has a title can enter the contest and must wear their crown and Banner & formal attire. Queens can come from all across Louisiana. Bring your cameras, this is a wonderful and fun event to take pictures and create memories that will last you a life time!
The Un- Veiling of “The Tribute to New Orleans” Collecting Oil Paintings donated to the pageant will be on display during the Cook Off & Pageant. A Raffle will be conducted for $5 a chance or 5 for$20. Winners of the paintings will be announced at the Night Pageant. Winners may not be present to win! The Artist enclude Shelly Winters Black & Sylvia Ducet Stanton. All Art Lovers are welcome. Go to www.sylviastanton.com to see her work.
The recipes will be put into an E-Book and published on

$19.95
